We are a fast growing and well-funded U.S. based startup in Seattle, Washington with teams in Vancouver, Canada, Singapore and a growing office in Yogyakarta in Indonesia. Founded by industry veterans from EA, LucasArts, and EpicGames, who built the online backends for well-known titles and platforms such as EA Origin, FIFA, StarWars.com, UnrealEngine, Fortnite, Paragon and UnrealTournament. Our company develops technology for the major well known online game studios and publishers across the USA, Europe, and the world. 

Our Mission

We are building the next generation of a scalable online backend platform for AAA  games that includes the fully licensable source code as well as offering specialized engineers to customize the code for a studio's game so they can focus on making their game fun. 

While many games can use off the shelf solutions and inject simple logic into a closed source backend platforms, we believe this leads to overly complex logic that pushes logic on to the game client which is harder to update quickly. For this reason we believe that having the full source code and development resources to tailor it to a specific game leads to a better player experience and is one of the core benefits of our platform.

Making sure that the company's messages reach everyone, individuals in this position are responsible for activities like developing communications to drive candidate attraction and engagement, whether through social media, CSR, community outreach (giving back to the community), events and all the other channels.


  • Maintain, manage and further develop via all current channels, be it online, social, print media, events etc.
  • Ensure our career site continues to be a true and relevant reflection of who we are as an employer and where we're going as a company
  • Continuously produce new content for on- and offline platforms, such as employee pics, videos, articles, posts, blogs, etc.
  • Maintain our employee ambassador program/s: survey on employee satisfaction level and discuss the further actions with departments, include employees as an ambassador (speaker, source-person, etc.) in external event, gathering and discussion
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events such as talks, workshops, internal gathering/celebration, etc.


  • Relevant working experience (employer branding, marketing and/or communication)
  • Familiar with game industry and computer technology, and keep themselves updated
  • Knowledge about social media & its analytics (increasing traffic, strategy-making based on trends, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design/picture refine (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
  • Attention for details
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written (writing skill in English is a huge plus!)
  • Ability to create industry-relatable, appealing and educational contents for digital media
  • Excellent communication skills to relate with various departments and communities

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of SEO
