Job Description

You will work mainly with game studio clients to help design, build, and advise on system infrastructure for building, deploying, and monitoring products, while working closely with developers to ensure seamless integration with the current system. Some travel is required for this position to client locations.


  • 3+ years in writing C/C++.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience developing C++ apps/games
  • Solid understanding of low-level architecture
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Strong computer science and engineering background
  • Forward-thinking and up to date on current and emerging architecture patterns
  • Able to work with clients under tight deadlines, on distributed teams with fluid requirements
  • Professional experience with C++, UE4 or Unity experience is a plus
  • Experience working on game network layer on a shipped game in the past
  • Experience with different types of networking implementations and understand their tradeoffs (p2p, dedicated servers, various topologies, UDP, TCP, etc)

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with latest game engines
  • AAA game studio experience
  • Knowledge about Linux
  • C++ experience to also develop clients libraries that consume web services
