Job Description:


The People Experience Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to all employees of AccelByte from the moment they join the company. You are expected to be able to propose solutions that impact people and organizational processes and will collaborate closely with global HR leadership and business leaders. 


As a People Experience Manager you will be generally responsible for: 


  • Develop and implement employee relation strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Reduce risks by developing programs, policies, and procedures to promote fair and equitable employee relations and business decisions
  • Own the New Hire Onboarding experience, ensuring from day one, we are cultivating a culture that excites our people and keeps them connected to the company mission, vision, and values 
  • Manage the entire candidate offboarding process by ensuring all handover procedures are completed in an organized and efficient manner
  • Manage our programs aimed at cultivating our culture and diversity, evolving them in creative and innovative ways to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction (owning the administration of the employee engagement survey) 
  • Ensure employment policies and practices comply with relevant employment regulations
  • Oversee company-wide application of workplace policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and counsel to employees on employee relations issues and workplace practices
  • Provision of advice for department managers on how to deal with employees, most of all in extraordinary situations
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Identify risks and hazards in the company environment, assess health statuses and promote good overall health and well-being of the employee.


Requirements:


  • Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Law, International Relations or Psychology is preferred
  • Solid working knowledge of the principles and practices of employee and labor relations
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing programs that measurably impact positive employee relations
  • Very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior experience building employee relations in a highly dynamic environment tech-based company
