Job Description


As a Product Support Manager (Technical) you will work day to day continuing client relationships, demoing our products, and working through client’s issues in a hands-on manner. This involves stepping the clients through our Build health, Crash reporting, and Performance metrics solutions where needed.  Jumping into collecting clients needs and wants, explaining our processes and working directly with engineers to bring timely fixes and feature extensions.  This work will pivot from Jira Issues, to Miro UX, from CLI's to Unreal SDKs, from working with demo games to finding where something has gone wrong in our codebase and putting forward possible causes.  Your background should involve substantial client-facing work, preferably within a highly technical industry, working in a Fast Prototyping manner, with a BSc in IT, Soft Eng, Math or other technical applied sciences.  You will have substantial work experience within Games, Games Services, Application Development, and/or Cloud Services.  AWS certification is a definite plus, as is hands-on work within Unreal Engine.

  • Proven experience of presenting a simple user experience with a complex technical product
  • Proven project management experience
  • Proven client service experience 
  • Passion for building great product with examples of successful product launches
  • Critical thinking paired with strong execution
  • Self motivated, self organised, highly driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience working in games or systems that supports game development
  • 3+ years product management/production experience
  • BSc in IT, Soft Eng, Math or other technical applied sciences


Desired


  • AWS Certification or solid related Cloud experience 
  • User interface design skills
  • Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Strong computer science and engineering background
  • Prior AAA game experience
  • Shipped product with Unreal Engine
  • Prior experience working with distributed teams
  • MSc level education in related field
