Job Description

The Employee Relations will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to all employees of AccelByte from the very first kick-start and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You are expected to be able to do everything involved in maintaining people's well-being and will collaborate closely with global HR leadership.

As a Employee Relation Specialist you will be generally responsible for: 

  • Help peoples to feel comfortable, prepared, and productive from their first day and go on
  • Provide the new hire pre-onboarding necessary and ensure their documents are well recorded
  • Work collaboratively with leaders to manage the new hire probationary period from evaluation to decision
  • Manage our programs aimed at cultivating our culture and diversity, evolving them in creative and innovative ways to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction (owning the administration of the employee checking) 
  • Ensure the company policies and guidelines are updated and exploring new ways to further-improve employee well-being
  • Provide guidance and counsel to employees on employee relations issues and workplace practices
  • Provision of advice for department managers on how to deal with employees, most of all in extraordinary situations
  • Manage the entire candidate offboarding process by ensuring all handover procedures are completed in an organized and efficient manner
  • Provide employee assistance especially in Human Resources-related issues


  • Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Law, International Relations or Psychology is preferred
  • Solid working knowledge of the principles and practices of employee and labor relations
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing programs that measurably impact positive employee relations
  • Very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal English communication skills
  • Prior experience building employee relations in a highly dynamic environment tech-based company
